High reliability: The components are highly integrated, eliminating complex functional switches and adjustment knobs;
Strong anti-interference ability: using devices with impedance up to 1012 Ω; The current output adopts photoelectric coupling isolation technology, which has strong anti-interference ability and achieves remote transmission. Has good electromagnetic compatibility;
Waterproof and dustproof design: protection level IP67, suitable for outdoor use;
25 ℃ Conversion: A 25 ℃ reference temperature conversion was performed on pure water and ammonia added ultrapure water, achieving the display of pH values at 25 ℃, which is particularly suitable for measuring weak conductivity water quality such as desalinated water in power plants or chemical plants;
Diversification of calibration buffer: Calibration buffer allows: 1. National standard (1.68, 4.00, 6.86, 9.18); 2. NIST professional buffer solution (1.68, 4.00, 7.00, 10.01); 3. Mettler Toledo Professional Buffer (2.00, 4.01, 7.00, 9.21);
Diversified calibration methods: There are 4 calibration methods for pH glass electrodes and 2 calibration methods for antimony electrodes;
Communication: RS485 and HART are available for selection, making it convenient to connect to a computer for monitoring and communication;
Intrinsic safety explosion-proof: The intrinsic safety explosion-proof design and explosion-proof mark ExiaICT6 Ga are used for Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2.
Product advantages
Range setting
The CN117 explosion-proof transmitter can set the output range arbitrarily within the measurement range. The measurement range of the transmitter is 0-14PH, and the output current is 4-20mA. By default, 0PH corresponds to 4mA output, and 14PH corresponds to 20mA output. Users can set the pH value corresponding to the 4-20mA output as needed. For example, if the user requests a pH range of 2-12PH corresponding to 4-20mA, set the upper limit of the range to 12PH and the lower limit to 2PH.
Multiple temperature measurement modes
The CN117 explosion-proof transmitter supports measurement electrodes with multiple temperature compensation modes, including PT100, PT1000, NTC2.252K, and NTC10K;
Intrinsic safety explosion-proof type
CN117 explosion-proof transmitter protection level: IP65, Up to IP67; Explosion proof grade: ExiaIICT6 Ga, Applicable to Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2; The safety barrier isolates input/output, with simple wiring and easy operation.

Precautions for use
1. Maintenance of the transmitter: The main task is to clean the transmitter, inspect its appearance, and check for any damage to the cables. The transmitter is an electronic device, and an unsuitable usage environment may cause damage to the transmitter.
a. Using the instrument in an environment above 60 ℃ may cause damage to the instrument.
b. Incorrect power supply or power fluctuations can cause damage to the instrument.
c. Collisions or drops of instruments can cause damage to the instruments.
d. Moisture, corrosion, and air pollution can cause damage to instruments.
2. Transmitter cleaning: Ensure that the transmitter cover is tightly closed and use a clean damp cloth to wipe the outside of the transmitter.
3. Transmitter inspection: Regularly check whether the instrument is working properly, regularly inspect whether the panel, terminals, switches, buttons, etc. are dirty, and clean and blow them clean if necessary.
4. It is not allowed to replace components or structures to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.
When this product is used in the "0" zone, the power transformer supplying power to the safety barrier must meet the requirements of Article 8.1 of GB3836.4-2010.
